Hotels

At the airport, there is a Marriott Hotel (tel: +1(0)215 492 9000). Other hotels in the area include: Hilton (tel: +1(0)215 365 4150), Comfort Inn (tel: +1(0)610 521 9800), Embassy Suites (tel: +1(0)215 365 4500), Econolodge (tel: +1(0)610 521 3900), Hampton Inn (tel: +1(0)215 966 1300), and Sheraton Four Points (tel: +1(0)215 492 0400). Shops and restaurants

Recently, Philadelphia Airport has increased the number of shops and restaurants considerably, especially in Terminals B and C, but elsewhere in the airport as well. There are Duty Free shops in Terminal A (East and West). For further information, visit the Philadelphia MarketPlace.

Baggage

For safety reasons, it is not possible to store baggage at Philadelphia Airport. The lost and found department is located in the Communications Center, between Terminals C and D, which can be reached via (tel: +1(0)215 937 6888).

Information

There are information desks in all terminals. Via the Airport Communications Center (tel: +1(0)215 937 6937) you can obtain general information 24 hours a day. In addition, there are white telephones everywhere, to connect you to an airport employee, and at the baggage handling area in Terminal A there is a help desk (Passenger Assistance Counter).

Business

As the name suggests, the Laptop Lane Business Center (tel: +1(0)215 937 4360) provides computers with internet access and some other business facilities. Between Terminals A and B, the UPS Store is located, which offers fax and copying facilities.The airport hotel, Marriott offers extensive business facilities, including small and large meeting rooms with all modern equipment, and conference rooms. The Marriott can be reached via a pedestrian bridge, connected to Terminal B.

Disabled facilities

The airport is very accessible for disabled people. There are modified elevators, toilets and wheelchair slopes. All shuttle buses are accessible to wheelchairs and there are disabled parking spaces. All the car rental companies provide cars with hand controls. General information can be obtained via text telephone, (tel: +1(0)215 937 6755). Other services

There are exchange offices and ATM's throughout the terminals. First Aid can be obtained via one of the many information desks, or via the white telephones. Wireless internet is available in all terminals, on work days, a daily rate of $7.95 applies, but during weekends this service is free. Students can always get a free access code for Wi-Fi internet - upon showing their student card.
