Hotels

There is no hotel at the airport. Near the airport is the Kfar Maccabiah Hotel (tel. +972(0)3 671 5715). A little further are the Sheraton Tel Aviv (tel. +972(0)3 521 111) and the Park Plaza Orchid (tel. +972(0)3 519 7111). For more hotels and on line reservations, please visit Booking.com. Shopping and dining

There are many shops, restaurants and (snack) bars. Especially in T3 there are many shops.

Baggage

There is a baggage depot on the ground floor of the short term parking facility. This is also the place to go to for lost and found items, or contact tel. +972(0)3975 4436. You can also inquire for lost luggage on line. The airport has a porter service (tel. +972(0)57 488 4999).

Information

There are information desks where you can get information about the airport, transport and timetables at various locations (tel. +972(0)3 9755 555). There are also volunteers around, who are happy to be of assistance. The Israel Government Tourist Office at the arrival hall is always open (tel. +972(0)3971 5555). Here, you can get tourist information or book hotel rooms for instance.

Business

There is a special service for foreign businessmen. This service ensures that the security checks are finished quicker. For more information, please inquire on line or contact (tel. +972(0)3 975 0560).

The King David Lounge for El Al passengers has internet stations. There are several other lounges with business facilities at the airport.

Access for disabled people

Ben Gurion has toilets for people with reduced mobility and telephones for hearing impaired people. There are especially reserved parking spaces for disabled people. Furthermore, the airport has wheelchair ramps as well as adapted elevators and toilets.

Other services

The terminals have banks, exchange offices and ATMs. There are two synagogues at the airport. There is a medical center near entrance 21 and several more in T3. The airport also has several VIP services (tel. +972(0)3 971 5859) to make your stay more comfortable.
