Both terminals offer (duty free) shopping, restaurants, bars and fast food options.
Both terminals offer luggage depots. Cost: NZD 15.00 per suitcase per day. You can also have your baggage sealed. Hand-baggage can be stored for NZD 3.00 on the second floor after the safety check. Throughout the airport you will find volunteers dressed in blue coats (bluecoats) who can provide you with all kind of information. In addition to this there are service desks in both terminals. You can also contact them by phone (tel. +64 (0)9 275 6467).

Access for disabled people
The airport offers excellent facilities for disabled people. For example, there are especially reserved parking spaces close to the terminals. Furthermore the airport has wheelchair ramps, adapted lifts, water fountains and toilets. All terminals have banks, first-aid stations, exchange offices, ATMs and prayer facilities. Also, there are special children's playrooms at the airport.
