Hotels

The Grand Chancellor is situated at 3 kilometers of the airport. Another hotel, which is close to the airport, is the Jet Park Airport Hotel. For more hotels and online reservations, please visit Booking.com. This website offers a large amount of hotels, at competitive rates.

Shopping and dining

Both terminals offer (duty free) shopping, restaurants, bars and fast food options.

Baggage

Both terminals offer luggage depots. Cost: NZD 15.00 per suitcase per day. You can also have your baggage sealed. Hand-baggage can be stored for NZD 3.00 on the second floor after the safety check. Information

Throughout the airport you will find volunteers dressed in blue coats (bluecoats) who can provide you with all kind of information. In addition to this there are service desks in both terminals. You can also contact them by phone (tel. +64 (0)9 275 6467).

Business

The Airport Camera Center on the second floor of the international terminal offers all sorts of facilities. There are several meeting rooms for rent. To make a reservation please call: tel. +64 (0)9 275 6265. In addition to this there are several lounges and Wi-Fi internet services.

Access for disabled people

The airport offers excellent facilities for disabled people. For example, there are especially reserved parking spaces close to the terminals. Furthermore the airport has wheelchair ramps, adapted lifts, water fountains and toilets. Other services

All terminals have banks, first-aid stations, exchange offices, ATMs and prayer facilities. Also, there are special children's playrooms at the airport.
