They offer a large range of hotels, at competitive internet rates.

Shops and restaurants

Phoenix International Airport offers an extensive range of shops, (snack) bars, cafés and restaurants. There are also several vending machines. For duty-free articles you can go to the duty-free area in Terminal 4.

Baggage

You can find the lost-and-found office (Tel. +1 602 273 3333) between Terminals 2 and 3. For security reasons there are no lockers to store your baggage at Phoenix Airport.

Information

You'll find information desks (Tel. +1 602 273 3300) scattered around the terminals. There are also so-called Navigator volunteers who can answer most questions. They can be recognized by their bright blue blazers.

Business

You can fax and copy at the information desks, but other than that there are no business facilities at Phoenix Airport. You can find a business center and meeting rooms at for example the Hilton Phoenix Airport (see Hotels). The largest meeting room can accommodate 500 people. Other business hotels nearby the airport also offer extensive business facilities.

Disabled facilities

Parking places have been reserved for disabled travelers at all parking facilities. The shuttle buses to the terminals have good accessibility for wheelchairs. This is also the case for elevators and toilets in the terminals.

There's also a special bus service for the disabled to Phoenix' center, called Dial-a-Ride (Tel. +1 602 253 4000).

Other services

You can find smoking rooms in all terminals. There are also banks, exchange offices and ATM's. In addition, there's a hairdresser, several shoe-cleaning machines and there are even three rooms to relax for animals (just outside the terminals). Phoenix Airport also offers wireless internet and several computers with internet. The First Aid station (Traveler’s Aid, Tel. +1 602 244 1346) is located near the silence center on Level 3 of Terminal 4. In the Airport Museum you cannot only find an overview of the history of aviation but also changing exhibitions by local artists.
