Hotels

There is one hotel on the airport premises, Four Points by Sheraton (tel: +1(0)410 859 3300). Other hotels in the area include: AmeriSuites (tel: +1(0)410 859 3366), Courtyard by Marriott BWI (tel: +1(0)410 859 8855), Hampton Inn (tel: +1(0)410 850 0600), and Holiday Inn Express (tel: +1(0)410 684 3388). Shops and restaurants

Both in the public and passenger area, there are many shops, restaurants, snack bars and cafés. In the International Terminal E, there is a large Duty Free shop. The website contains extensive information about shopping, eating and drinking in Terminal A and B and in Terminals C, D and E.

Baggage

For safety reasons, it is no longer possible to store baggage at Baltimore Airport. The lost and found department (tel: +1(0)410 859 7387) is located in the Customer Service Center.

Information

The Customer Service Center (tel: +1(0)410 859 7992) is located on the first floor of the terminal, between piers B and C, it is only open from Monday to Friday, from 09:00-17:00. For information, you can also call the general number. In addition, there are various service points in all the terminals.

Business

The Four Points by Sheraton Hotel offers extensive business facilities, including larger conference rooms. Virtually all the telephones in the terminal building are equipped with laptop connections.

Disabled facilities

Baltimore Airport has excellent facilities for disabled people, there are modified elevators and toilets, and wheelchair slopes. In addition, there are text telephones and disabled parking spaces. When you are dropping off or picking up disabled passengers, the Skycap porters (tel: +1(0)410 850 7674) may be of assistance. You can also order a shuttle bus that is accessible by wheelchair via First Transit (tel: +1(0)410 684 3346). Some car rental companies offer special cars that are operated only by hand.

Other services

There are exchange offices and ATM's throughout the airport. There is also a children's play area. First Aid can be contacted via the Customer Service Center or via one of the customer telephones (white telephones located throughout the terminals). Wireless internet is available in the airport building.
