There are many shops and four duty-free shops at the departure hall. Most restaurants and (snack) bars are here also.

There are four kiosks at the arrival hall where you can get information about the airport and timetables. The information desk staff assists you with tourist information, found items and baggage storage.
There are two lounges with business facilities. The Servisair Chinook Lounge is reserved for departing flights from pier D and the Rocky Mountain Lounge is for travelers from pier C. Air Canada has the Maple Leaf Lounge, which is exclusively for Air Canada frequent flyer card holders. Free wireless internet is available everywhere at the airport (tel. +1(0)886 353 3537).
