Shops and restaurants

At several locations you'll find lockers to store your baggage. For lost-and-found objects you can go to the airport police (Tel. +52(0)744 435 2068).
There are several general information desks scattered around the terminals for inquiries about Mexico City Airport, flight schedules and airport services. In the Arrivals Hall of the international terminal you'll find counters of the Asociación de Hoteles de la Ciudad De Mexico (for hotel bookings) and the Secretaría de Turismo (brochures and information about places worth seeing).
Several airlines have VIP lounges offering facilities such as faxing, copying and internet access. Extensive business facilities, including meeting space and conference rooms, are offered by the large business hotels at the airport such as the Hilton and Camino Real (see Hotels).
Mexico City Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets, and also low-hanging telephones. In the parking garages closest to the terminals places have been reserved for disabled travelers.
You'll find banks, exchange offices and ATM's scattered around the terminals. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available and in the Medas bar and several other eating and drinking facilities there are computers with internet access. In both terminal 1 and terminal 2 there's a museum with changing exhibitions. Both terminals have a First Aid station, which can be reached via one of the information desks or by telephone via +52(0)55 2482 2243.
