Local transport


There is no train connection to Saint Petersburg Airport.

Car and bus

The airport is located 17 kilometers to the south of the city, and can be reached easily via the main road, Moskovsky Prospekt, when that road turns into the Pulkovskoe Shosse, take the first road to the right to go to the International Terminal, or the second road to the right for the Domestic Terminal.

The Airport Express (tel: +7(0)812 388 0845) stops at both terminals and leaves every 20-30 minutes for the subway stations: Moskovskaya, Tekhnologichesky

Institut and Pushkinskaya are in the center of Saint Petersburg.

Bus lines13 and 39 also connect the city and the airport. Line 13 departs from Pulkovo 2 for subway station Moskovskaya, line 39 departs from Pulkovo 1 for the same subway station, with a stop at Kievskoe Shosse.

Car rental

In the Arrivals Hall, there are service desks of car rental companies: Avis, Europcar and Hertz. You can also book a car in advance at EasyTerra, which offers a comparison of various providers.


In front of the Arrivals Hall, there are plenty of taxis, for instance those of Peterburgskoe Taxi, Evrotaksi (tel: +7(0)812 740 1313) and Fortuna Taxi (tel: +7(0)812 322 0000). In addition, there are mini vans to Moskovskaya metro station in Saint Petersburg, they are only a little bit more expensive than a local bus.


Both terminals have extensive parking facilities. Parking in the car park at Pulkovo 2 costs 300 rubles per day, this car park is connected to the terminal building via a pedestrian bridge (which is heated in winter).
