Hotels

There are no hotels at the airport. The nearest hotels are the Albergo Palumbo Hotel (tel: +39(0)80 5300222) and Hotel Residence Riviera (tel: +39(0)80 5300582). These are directly on the coast by the airport, but Bari is not too far away and there is a large number of hotels. For more hotels and to reserve online you can go to Booking.com, they have a large range of hotels with great internet rates.

Shops and restaurants

Bari Airport has a reasonable range of shops. In total there are more than 20 stores with a variety of items including newspapers and books, tobacco goods, electronics, toys, jewelry, mobile telephones, local specialties, necessary travel items and cosmetics. There is also a Duty Free shop.

Baggage

There is a counter for lost and found items in the Arrivals Hall, ‘SEAP Lost & Found’ (tel. +39(0)80 580 0224). When you fly with Alitalia you need to contact them at (tel: +39(0)80 531 5411).

Information

There is a general information counter (tel: +39(0)80 580 0200) in the Departures Hall. There is a also a touch screen computer display (Totem Web Point) in the terminal where you can not only get information about flights but also about the Apulia region (tourist, economical and cultural).

Business

The airport has limited business services. In the Departures Hall you will find the SEAP Lounge which is open from 05:00-21:00, that also has small offices and meeting rooms.

Disabled facilities

The airport is very accessible for the disabled. Right by the main entrance are 45 parking places reserved for the disabled. Just like many other Italian airports, at Bari Airport you can ask for assistance when needed.

Other services

There is a bank (Banca Antonveneta), and there are various ATM's. The prayer room was consecrated by Pope John Paul II during his visit to Bari in February 1984.
