There is one hotel at the airport, Kempinski Hotel Airport München (tel: +49(0)800 426 313 55, free).}, the hotel has 389 rooms which are all adapted for the disabled. For more hotels and to reserve online you can go to Booking.com, they have a large range of hotels with great internet rates.
Shops and restaurants
The airport has an enormous range of cafés, snack bars, restaurants and shops. There are more than 130 shops and more than 40 bars and restaurants. The central area for eating, drinking and shopping is between the two terminals (MAC).
You can find the Service Center in the central shopping area (Munich Airport Center – MAC). There is also a window for lost and found items (tel: +49(0)89 9752 1370). There are porters at the airport that can be identified by their green uniforms, you can also request a porter (tel: +49(0)89 9759 9795).
Next to the Service Center in the MAC area (tel: +49(0)89 9752 1375) are information windows on the fourth floor of the Departures Hall in Terminal 2 and on the third floor of the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 2. You can also find information counters from Lufthansa in various places. In Terminal 1 on the fourth floor, there is an information stand from the Tourism Bureau.

The Munich Airport Center (MAC) is the heart of the airport. The MAC Forum (tel: +49(0)89 9753 4331) holds large events and exhibitions. The business service center is called Municon (tel: +49(0)89 9759 3200), there are 35 offices and meeting rooms to rent, from 4-120 people and you can book exclusive VIP lounges here.
The Kempinski Hotel also has extensive office, meeting and conference facilities for up to 400 people.
The Internet Point in the Service Center offers facilities such as a fax machine, copy machines, printers, scanners and computers.
Munich Airport is very accessible for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted restrooms and elevators. There are text telephones at the Service Center by the medical services. In the whole terminal you can find bank branches, money exchange offices and ATM's, there is also a post office. Wireless internet access is available in the entire airport. The airport has an extensive medical center (tel: +49(0)89 975 63344) with a pharmacy, a dentist, play rooms for children and shower rooms.
