Train

The airport does not have any train connections, but buses go to Marseille station and the TGV-station, Aix.

Car and bus

From Marseille you take the A-55 and then the A-7 in the direction of Avignon, follow the exit to D9 and follow the signs from there. The airport is along the N-113. On the website you can get an interactive route description.

The bus station is between Halls 1 and 4. Shuttle buses leave to the train station Saint Charles in Marseille (travel time, 30 minutes, €8.50) the TGV-station and the bus station in Aix-en-Provence (travel time, 40 minutes, €7.90). Other buses go to Salon de Provence (Rognac), Vitrolles les Pinchinades and Digne.

From December to April a shuttle bus goes to the south Alps, you must reserve this bus 72 hours in advance through the general phone number.

Car rental - Marseille Provence Airport

The counters of seven car rental companies can be found in Hall 1: Ada, Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, National citer and Sixt. You can also reserve a rental car in advance using the service EasyTerra provides, they compare the rates of several providers in a single quote.

Taxi

Marseille Airport is 30 kilometers from the center of Marseille. During the day a taxi costs approximately €40.00 and at night, approximately €50.00.

Airport Parking

P1 and P6 are covered parking garages by Halls 1 and 4, respectively. For up to four hours of parking the rate is €6.00, and the whole day is €13.50. P2, P5 and P10 are also reasonably close to the terminals, the first hour of parking costs €2.20, for two hours, €4.00 and up to four hours €5.00. P3 and P7 are for long-term parking and the rate is €6.20 per day, from the sixth day €4.90 per day. P8 is for short-term parking and the first 40 minutes are free.
