Shops and restaurants
The number of restaurants, cafés and (snack) bars, coffee shops and ice-cream parlors at Seoul Incheon Airport is overwhelming. The shopping area is also immense, including mega duty-free shops.
In the west wing of the central hall on the ground floor there's a lost-and-found counter (Tel. +82(0)32 741 3110). Here you can also deposit your baggage. You can search online for lost objects or report an item you have lost.
There are several information desks (Tel. +82(0)32 741 2112) for inquiries about Seoul Incheon Airport, flight schedules and airport services, for example in the central hall, near check-in and near the transport center. Staff are also walking around to advise and assist you.
Two business centers, one of Diners Club International (Tel. +82(0)32 743 6100), the other one is the Paradise Business Center (Tel. +82(0)32 743 3660) offer business facilities. Both have meeting rooms available with facilities for videoconferencing. The Airport Transit Hotel also has a business center. Seoul Incheon Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets, and also low-hanging telephones. In addition parking places have been reserved for disabled travelers in the parking garage. You can ask for assistance via telephones available everywhere in the terminal.
You'll find banks, exchange offices and ATM's scattered around the terminals. There are also a post office (also financial services), children's playgrounds, hairdressers, beauty and massage parlors and a dry cleaner's. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available. The Medical center (First Aid station, Tel. +82(0)32 743 3119) is located in the east wing of the central hall. You can also visit the Korean Culture Museum, open from 07.00 to 22.00. In addition there are two Traditional Korean Cultural Experience Zones, where you cannot only enjoy music and dance performances, but also learn how to make traditional Korean handicrafts. The Millennium Hall on the ground floor is a beautifully laid out Korean garden, where performances take place on a regular basis.
