Hotels

You can find so-called Transit Hotels in all terminals. These are mainly meant to freshen up or rest in between flights. The only 'real' hotel at the airport is the Crowne Plaza Hotel (Tel. +65(0)6823 5300), connected with Terminal 3. Other hotels nearby the airport include Changi Village Hotel (Tel. +65(0)6496 7699), Aloha Resort (Tel. +65(0)6581 9033) and the Cameron Hotel (Tel. +65(0)6545 1816).‎ For more hotels and to book online, you can go to Booking.com. They offer a large range of hotels, at competitive internet rates.

Shops and restaurants

Singapore Airport is not only one of the best airports in the world when it comes to service; there are also a large number of restaurants, cafés, (snack) bars and shops. Most are open 24 hours a day. To eat you can choose from several Asian specialties, but there are also Western restaurants and fast-food chains. Those who like to shop get their share at Singapore airport. The shopping area is large, varied and, of course, you can buy duty-free articles too.

Baggage

In all terminals you can store your baggage in lockers. For lost-and-found objects, you need to turn to one of the information desks, which you'll find scattered around the terminals.

Information

Scattered around the terminals you'll find information desks for inquiries about Singapore Airport, flight schedules and services. There are also several information kiosks with touch screens. You can also directly contact staff of the information desk by calling via one of the telephones at the airport.

Business

In the Transit Hotels you'll find Business Centers, which offer facilities for faxing, copying and internet access. Meeting rooms are also available. For reservations you call +65(0)6542 5538 (Terminal 1), +65(0)6542 8122 (Terminal 2) or +65(0)6823 5300 (Terminal 3). At the iConnect Centre in Terminal 2 you can convene videoconferences. More extensive business facilities are offered by the Crowne Plaza Hotel (see Hotels).

The Transit Lounges, such as the Rainforest Lounge (website) and the Plaza Premium Lounge are excellent, with for example a spa, showers and silence rooms.

Disabled facilities

Singapore Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets, and also low-hanging telephones. You can rent wheelchairs via the medical service (see First Aid at Other services).

Other services

There are banks and exchange offices, of which some are open 24 hours a day. At several locations you'll also find ATM's to change money. In the Transit Lounges there are computers with free internet access; in most places you also have free Wi-Fi access. First Aid is available in the medical clinic (Tel. +65(0)6543 1118 or +65(0)6543 2223). The airport also has a swimming pool, a spa, a fitness center, showers, massage parlors, hairdressers and a silence center. In most ladies rooms there are facilities to change baby nappies. There are also some beautifully laid out gardens. Smoking areas can be found inside as well as outside, in the Budget Terminal only on the outside terrace.
