Train

There is no train connection to Delhi Airport.

Car and bus

The airport of New Delhi is located 23 kilometers to the south of the city, along the main south-bound roads from Delhi. The road to the airport is clearly indicated.

There is a bus to the center every 25 minutes, travel time is approximately 50 minutes. Luxury buses with air-conditioning depart from the International Terminal. There are two bus companies: Delhi Transport Corporation (green-yellow buses) and EATS (white-blue buses), both companies have their final destination at New Delhi Railway Station, tickets can be bought and a fixed seat can be booked at a desk in the Arrivals Hall.

Car rental

In the Arrivals Hall there is a service desk of Avis, which provides chauffeur-driven cars (tel: +91(0)11 6501 2525), there are also other private car rental companies, which all rent only chauffeur-driven cars.

Taxi

In front of the Arrivals Hall there are plenty of taxis. The city's biggest taxi company is EasyCabs (tel: +91(0)11 4343 4343), at the end of the ride you will be handed a receipt with the number of kilometers driven, make sure to check this receipt! The official rate is 15 rupees per kilometer. In addition, there is a desk of the Delhi Traffic Police, where you can buy a ticket for a fixed price, which you hand to the driver at the end of the ride.

Airport Parking

At Terminal 2 there are two parking areas, divided into premium and standard parking, there is a free shuttle bus between the parking areas and the terminal building. The rate for the standard parking spaces is approximately 60 rupees per four hours, the premium ones costs twice as much.
