At the Baggage Handling Department, there is a lost and found counter, where you can also store your baggage.
There is a general information desk in the Arrivals Hall, in addition, there are desks that provide information on attractions and places to see in and around Mumbai.
In the Departure Hall, there is a business center with limited facilities, a fax, computers with internet access and a shoe polishing machine. The nearby Leela Kempinski Hotel (see under Hotels) provides more extensive business facilities, including meeting rooms, conference halls and a catering service.
Mumbai Airport is reasonably accessible for the disabled. There are modified elevators and toilets, and wheelchair slopes. For assistance, contact the information desks. In Terminal 2A, there is a separate lounge for wheelchair users, near Gate 2.
There are exchange offices, ATM's and post offices in both terminals. Wireless internet is available (for free). In Terminals 2A and 1B, there are First Aid stations that are manned 24 hours a day.
