Shops and restaurants

Caracas International Airport offers a huge range of restaurants, cafés, (snack) bars and shops. There are duty-free shops, various souvenir shops and branches of internationally known brands such as Levi’s, Hugo Boss, Tommy and Timberland. The international terminal has more shops and eating facilities than the terminal for domestic flights.

Baggage lockers and lost-and-found desks are available in both terminals. You can hire a porter, but make sure to agree on a clear price.

There are several information desks at both the Arrivals and Departure Halls for inquiries about Caracas Airport, flight schedules and airport services.

In the terminal only basic facilities like faxing, copying and internet access are available (in the Cantv office in the international terminal). There are also various VIP lounges. Extensive business facilities, including the possibility to rent meeting space, are offered by the Luxor Hotel (see Hotels).

Disabled facilities

Caracas Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets, and also low-hanging telephones. Parking spaces have also been reserved for the disabled, both in the short and long-term parking facilities.

Other services

There are banks, exchange offices and ATM's in both the domestic and international terminal. There's also a small post office (with courier service) in the domestic terminal. Computers with internet access are available in the internet cafés of ADV and in the Cantv office. In addition there are travel agents, a pharmacy and a First Aid station. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is only available in (or near) the lounges.
