Baggage

You cannot store your baggage at this airport. The lost-and-found desk is located near the baggage claim area.

Information

There's an information desk in the Arrivals Hall for inquiries about the airport or public transport facilities. You can also book a hotel here or an international flight from Ezeiza, Buenos Aires' other airport.

Business

The Aeropuertos VIP club (Tel. +54(0)11 4852 6469) in the Arrivals Hall A1 has excellent facilities. The business hotels in Buenos Aires' center (see Hotels) offer extensive business facilities.

Disabled facilities

Buenos Aires Jorge Newbery Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets, low-hanging telephones and special telephones for the hearing-impaired. Parking places have also been reserved for disabled travelers (and pregnant women) near the entrance of the terminal.
