Train

The airport has a high speed train connection with the center of Montréal, that was constructed in 2008, the station is below the new Marriott Hotel.

Car and bus

The airport is 25 kilometers southwest of Montréal along Highway 20. From Montréal the airport is also accessible via the Côte-de-Liesse Highway 520. There are plans to reconstruct the roads around the airport to encourage the flow of traffic.

The Aérobus (tel: +1(0)514 842 2281) maintains a shuttle connection from the airport to the bus station in Montréal (Berri Station). Several buses leave from this bus station to several hotels in the center of the city. More information about these shuttles is available (tel: +1(0)514 843 4938). Long distance buses also leave from the airport to several destinations in Canada.

Car rental - Montréal-Trudeau Airport

In the Arrivals Hall there are counters from car rental companies: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty. You can also reserve a rental car in advance using the service EasyTerra provides, they compare the rates of several providers in a single quote.

Taxi

Taxis are in front of the Arrivals Hall. A ride to downtown Montréal costs approximately CAN $35.00.

Airport Parking

Right in front of the termina, there is a garage (ProxiParc). The places that are close to the terminal are for short-term parking, the rates are CAN $6.00 per half hour or CAN $25.00 per day, and the other places are for long-term parking, CAN $16.00 per day. A little further away is the InterParc where you can park for CAN $10.00 per day, and behind there is the new EconoParc for CAN $9.00 per day or CAN $49.00 per week.
