Hotels

There are no hotels at Havana Airport or even nearby. Hotels are located in the old city (Havana Vieja) or in the tourist district El Vedado. Some hotels in Havana: Melia Cohiba Hotel (Tel. +53(0)7 833 3636), Hotel Nacional de Cuba (Tel. +53(0)7 873 3564), Santa Isabel Hotel (Tel. +53(0)7 860 8201) and El Comendador (Tel. +53(0)7 867 1037).

Shops and restaurants

You will not have to starve to death at Havana Airport, because there's a large range of eating and drinking facilities. Most are open 24 hours a day. There's also a large choice of shops, including duty-free shops and stores specialized in Cuban products (rum, cigars).

Baggage

You cannot store your baggage at Havana Airport. There's a lost-and-found counter in the Arrivals Hall.

Information

In both the Arrivals and Departure Halls of Terminals 2 and 3 there are several information desks for inquiries about Havana Airport, flight schedules and airport services. There are also some kiosks offering tourist information.

Business

At the two VIP lounges (Tel. +53(0)07 642 6225 and +53(0)07 649 0071) you can rent small meeting spaces and rooms for press conferences. For extensive business facilities you need to turn to one of the larger hotels in the city center, such as the Hotel Nacional (see Hotels) that has conference rooms available.

Disabled facilities

Havana Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets, and also low-hanging telephones.

Other services

Exchange offices and a bank can be found in the central hall of the airport. There's also a post office, a pharmacy, internet cafés and several travel agents. The First Aid station is located in the Arrivals Hall.
