Hotels

There's one hotel at Kiev Airport, the Airport Hotel (Tel. +380(0)44 281 7105). It's a little confusing that there's another hotel in Boryspil with almost the same name, Aeroport Hotel (Tel. +380(0)44 281 7376). Business hotels can be found in Kiev's center, including Radisson Blu (Tel. +380(0)44 492 2200), Hyatt Regency Kiev (Tel. +380(0)44 581 1234), Hotel Premier Palace (Tel. 380(0)44 537 4500) and the Opera Hotel (Tel. +380(0)044 581 7070). For more hotels and to book online, you can go to Booking.com. They offer a large range of hotels, at competitive internet rates.

Shops and restaurants

Until the end of 2011 Terminal B was the main terminal of Kiev Airport offering a good range of restaurants, cafés, (snack) bars and shops, including duty-free shops. When the new Terminal D will be finished most restaurants and shops will move, or open a second branch in the new terminal.

Baggage

You can store your baggage in lockers and there are also facilities to have your baggage wrapped in plastic. The lost-and-found desk (Tel. +380(0)44 281 7539) is located in the Arrivals Hall.

Information

In both the Arrivals and Departure Halls you can find information desks for inquiries about Kiev Airport, flight schedules and airport services. You can also obtain information by telephone via +38(0)44 585 7254.

Business

The so-called Business Class Lounge offers basic facilities like faxing, copying and internet. There's also a (small) room for press conferences and meetings. Extensive business facilities are offered by the business hotels in Kiev's center (see Hotels).

Disabled facilities

Kiev Airport has good accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets, and also low-hanging telephones. You can also ask for assistance, the so-called CEPBIC service, at the information desk, clearly recognizable by the wheelchair logo.

Other services

You'll find banks, exchange offices and ATM's scattered around the terminals. There's also a post office in Terminal B. The First Aid station can be reached via the general telephone number or directly via the telephones present in all terminals.
