There is a desk at the terminal where you can get information about the airport, tourist information and timetables.

The Conference Center (tel. +46(0)31 94 1160) has several meeting rooms with many facilities, such as telephone, fax, LCDs, Wi-Fi and catering services.

The airport offers VIP services to make waiting even more enjoyable. The personal service takes care of luggage, fast check-in and other things. The luxurious VIP room is completely serene (tel. + 46(0)31 94 14 48).

Access for disabled people

Göteborg Airport has toilets for people with reduced mobility. There are especially reserved parking spaces for disabled people. Furthermore, the airport has wheel chair ramps and adapted toilets and elevators. If you need extra help or care, please indicate this request on your booking.

The airport has banks, exchange offices and ATMs. You can use high-speed, wireless internet at the airport with a voucher or a credit card. There are also fixed internet stations at several locations. There is a silence room, for a prayer or complete silence, directly next to the check-in desk. The airport's VIP service offers the possibility to get married just before you fly. You will get married in the VIP lounge with a maximum of 10 persons. The airport's pastor will conduct the service. The basic marital package costs SEK 2900.00 (tel. +46(0)31 94 11 00).
