Hotels

There are no hotels at the airport, but there are enough choices in Porto. Well renowned hotels: Le Meridien Park Atlantic Porto (tel: +351(0)226 072 500), Hotel Beta Porto (tel: +351(0)228 348 660), Grande Hotel do Porto (tel: +351(0)222 076 690) and Sheraton Porto (tel: +351(0)220 404 000). For more hotels and to reserve online you can go to Booking.com, they have a large range of hotels with great internet rates.

Shops and restaurants

The airport has a limited number of restaurants, but there are cafes and shops throughout the whole terminal. There is a Duty Free shop and there is a nice range of shops with local products from northern Portugal.

Baggage

There is a counter for lost and found items in the Arrivals Hall (tel: +351(0)229 482 547). There are two different baggage handlers: Groundforce (tel: +351(0)218 431 183) and Portway (tel: +351(0)229 432 543).

Information

In the Departures Hall there is a general information counter, and the counter from the Tourism Bureau is in the Arrivals Hall, there are also several tour operators present.

The check-in time for European flights is only 60 minutes and 30 minutes for domestic flights.

Business

There are three lounges, on the ground floor and the first floor in the Departures Hall are general lounges. The Navigator Lounge is exclusively for passengers of TAP-Air Portugal.

Disabled facilities

The airport has adapted elevators and restrooms for the disabled.

Other services

There are banks, ATM's, a money exchange office and a post office. There is also a pharmacy in the Departures Hall (tel: +351(0)229 471 994).
