There are not hotels at the airport. The nearest hotels are in the suburbs, Mestre and Tessera, but Venice is also very close to the airport. Most visitors choose a hotel in Venice, especially around the Piazzale Roma, where the road from the mainland comes in, in this district you are 20 minutes from the airport. Shops and restaurants
There is a large range of shops, including a few specialized in local products. Snack bars, cafes and restaurants are also largely present. Of course there are a lot of coffee shops that serve real Italian espresso or cappuccino.
