Hotels

There are no hotels at the airport. The only options in the city (5 kilometers from the airport) are: Hotel Parco degli Aragonesi (tel: +39(0)957 234 073), Liberty Hotel (tel: +39(0)953 116 51) and Best Western Hotel Mediterraneo (tel: +39(0)953 253 30). For more hotels and to reserve online you can go to Booking.com, they have a large range of hotels with great internet rates.

Shops and restaurants

On the first level of the Departures Hall you can find a coffee shop and two restaurants. There are only two stores, including a Duty Free shop. With the opening of the new terminal the number of shops were considerably expanded. More restaurants and bars were also opened.

Baggage

There is a counter in the Arrivals Hall for lost and found items (tel: +39 095 7233180), you can also inquire on the website.

Information

In the Arrivals Hall you can find general information (tel: +39 095 340505) and Tourist Information counters (tel: +39(0)957 306 266) in the Arrivals Hall of APT.

Business

You can contact the Business Center (fax: +39(0)957 349 837) to reserve a meeting room. The VIP Lounge Sala Amica/Friendship Room offers internet access and fax facilities. Alitalia has their own VIP lounge ‘Bellini’.

Disabled facilities

The airport has adapted restrooms and elevators. There are wheelchair ramps and services for the visually impaired. Wheelchairs are available, you can ask about them via an intercom system by the entrance of the Departures Hall.

Other services

There is a bank, but this is only open weekdays from 08:20–13:30 and from 14:45–15:45, however, the money exchange office is always open, there are also ATM's. The First Aid post is in the Arrivals Hall (tel: +39(0)953 460 75).

There are two companies which organize helicopter flights: Elios Elicotteri and Mediterranean Aviation Services, they are both accessible (tel: +39(0)952 814 04).
