Dublin airport: Dublin Airport (DUB)

Dublin Airport

Dublin Airport is a fast growing airport, with 25 million passengers being processed in 2015. This growth has coincided with the economic rise in Ireland since the beginning of the 90s. The airport has had to keep up with the growing number of passengers, so there are almost always construction activities at Dublin Airport. At the moment, work is being done to construct a third runway. Construction is expected to be done by 2020.

The airport is ten kilometers north of the Irish capital and is the home base for the national airline Aer Lingus and the budget airline Ryanair.
