Local transport

Train

There is no train connection with the airport, but the Jet’Bus goes to the main station in Bordeaux.

Car and bus

The airport is easily accessible from the ring road around Bordeaux, exit 11a or 11b, on the west side of the city.

Every 45 minutes a shuttle bus (Jet’Bus) goes from Terminal B to the train station, St. Jean, travel time is 30-40 minutes, a ticket costs €6.00 (free for children aged four and under).

Car rental - Bordeaux Airport

There are seven car rental companies present in the Arrivals Hall: ADA, Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, National/Citer and Sixt. You can also reserve a rental car in advance using the service EasyTerra provides, they compare the rates of several providers in a single quote.

Taxi

Taxis are in front of the Arrivals Hall. A ride to the center of Bordeaux is approximately 30 minutes and costs €25.00–€30.00.

Airport Parking

There are four parking areas at the airport. P0 is the only guarded area and is the closest to the terminal. Also close to the terminal is PR for short-term parking, the first 30 minutes are free of charge. P1 is for short-term parking and P2 is for long-term parking.
