Shops and restaurants
There are restaurants and (snack) bars in the Departure Hall (before customs). At the shops behind customs you'll find, apart from the usual duty-free shops, a jeweler, a souvenir shop and a shop specialized in frozen fish products.
You can store your baggage in lockers in the Departure Hall. Near the baggage claim area there's a lost-and-found counter.
In both the Arrivals and Departure Halls there are information desks for inquiries about flight schedules and airport services.
Except for basic facilities like faxing, copying and internet access Kota Kinabalu Airport doesn't offer business facilities. For this you need to turn to the luxury hotels and resorts (see Hotels) which have meeting space and conference rooms available.
Kota Kinabalu Airport has good accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps and adapted elevators and toilets.
Maybank and CIMB Bank have exchange offices in the Arrivals and the Departure Halls. You can find ATM's scattered around the terminals. The First Aid station is located on the ground floor (Arrivals Hall). Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is only available in the VIP lounge at Kota Kinabalu Airport.
