Shops and restaurants
You can do extensive duty-free shopping at Amman Airport. There are also souvenir shops, branches of international clothing brands and shops with Arab specialties including pastry (cloyingly sweet though). There's also a good supply of restaurants, snack bars and coffee shops (including a Starbucks).
You can store your baggage in lockers. The counter for lost and found items is located in the Arrivals Hall.
There's an information kiosk in the Arrivals Hall (Tel. +962(0)6 4453 187). Here you can inquire about Amman Airport, flight schedules and airport services.
Amman Airport's two VIP lounges (by Royal Jordanian Airlines and the Four Seasons hotel chain) offer, apart from refreshments, snacks, international newspapers and internet access, basic facilities such as faxing and copying. The Golden Tulip Airport Hotel offers more extensive business facilities, including meeting space and conference rooms.
Amman Airport has good accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps and adapted elevators and toilets. Near the terminal entrance there are parking spaces reserved for disabled travelers. You can ask for assistance at the information kiosk.
There are banks, exchange offices and ATM's scattered around the terminal. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is also available at a cost. The First Aid station is located in the Arrivals Hall and can be reached directly via one of the telephones everywhere around.
