Hotels

There's one hotel at the airport, Shenzhen Airport Hotel. Other hotels nearby Shenzhen Airport include Jinjiang Inn, the Sunway Golden Diamond Hotel (Tel. +86 760 8872 3888), Vienna Hotel Airport (Tel. +86(0)755 8276 5069) and Orient Sunseed Hotel (Tel. +86(0)755 2641 6666). Shops and restaurants

There's a good range of restaurants, cafés and (snack) bars. The restaurants are mainly Chinese; for Western food you have to turn to one of the fast-food chains (McDonald's, KFC and Pizza Hut). There's also a Starbucks. In addition, there are a reasonable number of shops.

Baggage

There are plenty of facilities to store your baggage in lockers. You can also have your baggage sealed for 10 yuan. For lost-and-found objects you need to turn to the special desks at counter 93 in Terminal A or counter 19 in Terminal B.

Business

In both terminals there are two small business centers with faxes, photocopiers and computers with internet. They are located near entrance 3 in Terminal A (Tel. +86(0)755 2777 2704) and entrance 4 in Terminal B (Tel. +86(0)755 2777 2663). More extensive business facilities, including meeting space and conference rooms, can be found in the business hotels nearby the airport (see Hotels).

Disabled facilities

Shenzhen Airport has good accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps and adapted elevators and toilets. There's also a special (quick) entrance to the airport for disabled travelers and elderly (but also for example for members of the Chinese Communist Party). This entrance is located near counter 51 in Terminal A.
