Hangzhou Airport has good accessibility for the disabled. There are adapted elevators and toilets and at the short-term parking lot places have been reserved for disabled travelers.
There are banks, exchange offices and ATM's. There's also a hairdresser, which also gives foot massages. The First Aid station (Tel. +86(0)571 8666 2120) can be found opposite Gate 16 in the Departure Hall. There are several internet cafés in the terminal and Wi-Fi access is free.
