Hotels

The airport has one hotel, the Hilton Airport Hotel (tel: +39(0)665 258) that is connected with the terminals and train station by a skyway. Other hotels in the vicinity of the airport are: Holiday Inn Rome Parco Dei Medici (tel: +39(0)665 581) and Sheraton Roma (tel: +39(0)654 531), halfway between the airport and the city center, both hotels have a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Shops and restaurants

Fiumicino has an extensive shopping area with more than 130 shops. Many shops specialize in Italian fashion brands or other Italian designed items. Alitalia frequent flyers can earn extra miles by purchasing perfume, liquor and wine. There are bars, cafes and restaurants in all terminals.

Baggage

You can find the office for lost and found items on the ground floor of Terminal C (tel: +39(0)665 953 343). Close by there are safes to rent (tel: +39(0)665 953 541). A porter is available (tel: +39(0)665 958 364).

Lost and Found

Have you lost any luggage at the airport? Rome Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) Airport has a Lost and Found department where found baggage is collected. To recover your lost bag, suitcase or luggage you have to contact the handling company:

Information

You can find general information counters in the Arrivals Hall (tel: +39(0)665 953 640). You can interactively search information on computers with ‘touch screens’. Hotel rooms can be reserved at the tourist counters marked with ‘APT’, the Italian Tourism Bureau (tel: +39(0)665 954 471, closed on Sundays).

Business

On the third level of the pier in Terminal A is the Atahotel Executive Centre (tel: +39(0)665 010 100) with meeting rooms, facilities for video conferencing, secretarial support and translation services. The center is open from 06:00-22:00.

The VIP lounge I Mosaici is in Terminal B and is open from 06:15-20:30 (tel: +39(0)665 957 360). VIP lounge Le Anfore is in Terminal C and is open from 06:15-23:45 (tel: +39(0)665 954 151), both lounges have showers and computers with internet access.

Disabled facilities

There are free parking places for the disabled in the covered parking garages. In the International Terminal there are special lounges by Gates C12 and B1 for disabled passengers (Sala Amica), there is also a lounge in the terminal for domestic flights.

Other services

There are banks, money exchange offices, ATM's and post offices. There are two pharmacies: one in Terminal A and one in Terminal C. The First Aid post is available (tel: +39(0)665 953 133/4). There is also a vaccination clinic (tel: +39(0)665 011 438).
