Paris Orly Airport (ORY)
Orly Airport is 14 kilometers south of Paris and has two terminals (West and South) that are connected with a shuttle bus. Before the construction of the airport Charles de Gaulle was the most import airport in the Paris area.
Local transport
Train
There are two shuttle trains that connect the airport with Paris’s fast regional subway system (RER). The ADP shuttle train goes to Gare d’Austerlitz (RER-line C to St. Michel, Invalides and Porte Maillot). The Orlyval shuttle connects the airport with the station Antony (RER-line B to Denfert-Rochereau, St. Michel, Châtelet-les-Halles and Charles de Gaulle Airport).
Car and bus
From the airport there are various routes to Paris, depending on your destination. To Porte d’Orléans: highway A6a, to Porte de Gentilly: highway A6b, to Porte d’Italie: national road N7, to Charles de Gaulle Airport: highway A1, to Porte de Bagnolet: highway A3.
The bus station is accessible from both terminals by a free shuttle bus. The Orlybus goes to the subway station Denfert-Rochereau. The Jetbus goes to the subway station Villejuif-Louis Aragon. The shuttle busses from Air France stop at Porte d’Orléans, Gare Montparnasse, Duroc and Gare des Invalides. Futhermore, there is the Airport Shuttle that goes to the heart of Paris, and there are also the usual city buses that go to the airport.
Car rental Paris Orly Airport
In both terminals there are counters for the car rental companies Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, National and Sixt. You can also reserve a rental car in advance using the service EasyTerra provides. They compare the rates of several car rental providers in a single quote. Motorcycles, also with a driver, are available through Aerobikes (tel: +33(0)1 4075 1350).
Taxi
The taxis are outside the Arrivals Hall of both terminals. The rate is approximately € 25.00 to the centre of Paris. Trip time: approximately 30 minutes outside peak times. Limousines with a driver are available though Aéroports Limousine Service (tel: +33(0)1 4071 8462).
Airport Parking
There are parking garages for short term parking by both terminals (Orly East: P0, P2 and P5, Orly South: P1 and P3). The first hour costs € 2.90. Long term parking is available at P4 and P7 (€ 1.60 per hour). A free shuttle bus goes from these parking areas to the terminals.

Shops and restaurants
There is a decent offering of bars and restaurants. Orly East has 13 bars and eight restaurants, and Orly South has eight bars and two restaurants. In both terminals there are shops, but Orly East has the largest and most varied offering.
Baggage
With consideration of safety you cannot store baggage at the airport. A window for lost and found items can be found in the Arrivals Hall of both terminals (Orly South tel: +33(0)1 4975 3410, Orly East, tel: +33(0)1 4975 4234).
Information
There are general information counters in both terminals. In Orly South you can find these by exits C and H and on the first floor in Hall B. In the Departures Hall of Orly East there are three information stands, and there are two in the Arrivals Hall. Free maps of Paris are available at all of these windows. Business
Orly East has a large business centre (Centre d’Affaires, tel: +33(0)1 4975 1233) with facilities for telephone, fax, copying and email. There are 16 meeting rooms, seven offices and a lounge available for rent. In the terminal Orly South there are three larger meeting rooms (max. 200 persons).
Handicapped persons
In the parking garages there are places reserved for handicapped persons. Furthermore, there are wheelchair ramps and adapted elevators, restrooms and telephones. For more information and assistance go to the special counters by Exit W in Orly East and by Exit E in Orly South.
Other services
In both terminals there are banks, money exchange offices and cash machines. The first aid station is in Orly East.
