Recife Guararapes International Airport
The official name of Recife Airport is Aeroporto Internacional Gilberto Freyre, but it's better known as Aeroporto dos Guararapes. It's the largest airport in the northwest of Brazil. Just like many other Brazilian airports the airport is getting a face-lift for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Recife is one of the cities where matches are going to be played.
Recife is a gateway for many tourist resorts in Boa Viagem and Porto de Galinhas.
