Corfu International Airport

Corfu Airport is officially called Ioannis Kapodistrias International Airport, but it is mostly called Corfu Airport or Kerkyra Airport. The airport is approximately three kilometers south of the city of Corfu. In the summer the airport is very busy because of the many charter flights, especially on Monday and Friday. The terminal building is too small to process the large amount of people. It is not unusual that departing passengers must wait outside the building.
