Forli Airport

Forli Airport is also known as Luigi Ridolfi. The Northern Italian airport is named after a well known Italian aviator. Especially during the vacation season, Forli is a popular destination. Bologna, Florence, San Marino and towns on the Adriatic coast are easily accessible from the airport. The airport has a passenger terminal which handles about 500.000 passengers annually.

Local transport

Train

There is no direct train to the airport. However, there is a regular bus service to and from the Forli railway station (see below). For more information, please visit the Italian Railways website.

Car and bus

The airport is located approximately 5 kilometers of downtown Forli and 60 kilometers of Bologna (A14). The airport is clearly indicated on the road signs.

There is a regular Aerobus between the airport and Forli station. Tickets can be bought from the driver and cost EUR 3.50 (one way). Forli has especially reserved parking spaces for disabled people. Also, the airport has adapted toilets and (free) wheelchairs.
