Tallinn Airport

Tallinn Airport (TLL)
The airport of Tallinn is small, but very pleasant. Flight handling takes place very quickly, although it may take some more time during the summer (peak season). At the end of March, a new section was opened, after Estonia joined the Schengen zone. In the new section, passports checks no longer take place for travelers from the Schengen countries (including the Netherlands).
Rates mentioned here are in Estonian kroner, which has a fixed exchange rate against the euro. 1 euro is worth about 15 kroner (March 2008). In the shops, prices are also often indicated in euros.
